IMAX® Trademark & Promotional Guidelines
IMAX® and the IMAX logo (“IMAX Trademarks”) are owned by IMAX Corporation. This includes but is not limited to:
- IMAX®
- IMAX® 3D
- The IMAX Experience®
- An IMAX 3D Experience®
- Experience it in IMAX®
Use of the IMAX registered marks is permitted only with explicit written permission from the IMAX Corporation. The Challenger Learning Center of Tallahassee is a partner of IMAX Corporation and CAN NOT authorize the use of IMAX registered marks on behalf of IMAX Corporation.
Promoting Your Event
If you are renting the Challenger Learning Center's IMAX theater, welcome, and thank you for choosing us to host your event! We’re excited to be part of your special occasion. To help ensure your promotional materials comply with IMAX trademark guidelines, please keep the following information in mind when promoting your event. These guidelines apply to social media posts, flyers, advertisements, websites, emails, and other promotional materials.
IMAX Logos and Marks should only be included on materials for official IMAX films created by the IMAX Corporation.
Phrases that CAN be used:
Come see [Film Name] at the Challenger Learning Center's IMAX theater.
Join us at the Challenger Learning Center to watch [Film Name] in their IMAX theater.
Phrases that CANNOT be used:
Come see [Film Name] in IMAX at the Challenger Learning Center.
The phrase "in IMAX" implies the film has been optimized for large formats by the IMAX Corporation.
Logo Usage Guidelines
The Challenger Learning Center logos on this page are available for our community partners to use when promoting events, programs, or initiatives that are co-hosted with or directly supported by Challenger Learning Center of Tallahassee.
By downloading or using any of the assets on this page, you agree to the following guidelines:
- Logos may be used for marketing and promotional materials related to approved, co-hosted or collaborative events with Challenger Learning Center of Tallahassee.
- Logos may not be used for facility-rentals where Challenger Learning Center of Tallahassee is not an event partner.
- Logos may not be used on merchandise of any kind (including but not limited to apparel, giveaways, or items for sale) without prior written permission from Challenger Learning Center of Tallahassee.
- Logos may not be altered, stretched, recolored, or modified in any way other than approved sizing or placement.
- Logos may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement of an organization, product, service, viewpoint, or activity outside of the approved partnership.
- Challenger Learning Center of Tallahassee reserves the right to request removal or correction of any logo usage that does not follow these guidelines.
