Sally Karioth is a distinguished educator and public speaker with a deep commitment to helping others cope with the death of loved ones. She has been a faculty member at Florida State University for over 40 years, teaching courses on trauma and grief work. Karioth is also a Certified Traumatologist and has been active in trauma work, speaking at events nationwide to support tragedy survivors and mental health officials. Her book, “If you want to know if you’re dying ask the cleaning lady,” has sold over 80,000 copies, and she continues to engage audiences with her message of “Life is what you Make it Make the Best of it.”
