Cancellation Policies

For space mission simulations, if the mission is cancelled 15-30 days prior to the mission date, the school/organization that booked the mission simulator is responsible for seventy-five percent (75%) of the mission simulator cost, if applicable.  If the mission is cancelled 0-14 days prior to the program date, the school/organization that booked the mission simulator is responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of the mission simulator cost, if applicable.

For IMAX® and Planetarium shows, there is no penalty for cancelling, but we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible of changes to your plans by calling 850.645.7777.
