Brooke Hallock joined the bank in 2005 and is responsible for its advertising efforts as well as internal and external communications. A graduate of Florida State University, Ms. Hallock began her career as a fund raiser for the March of Dimes. She then spent nearly 10 years at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in the public relations department. Active in the community, she is involved in many organizations including Big Bend Hospice, the United Way of the Big Bend and Junior League of Tallahassee.

Brian Crumbaker counsels landowners and developers on matters concerning the financing, construction and management of infrastructure improvements necessary for the development of large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, including representation before the Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission and local governments in relation to the establishment of community development districts. Mr. Crumbaker provides counsel to indenture trustees, bondholders and community development districts on matters involving land secured, tax-exempt debt including, but not limited to, landowner bankruptcies, foreclosures, distressed/defaulted debt and agreed upon restructurings. Mr. Crumbaker received his J.D. from the University of Miami, School of Law and his B.A. from Florida State University.

Mr. Brannen's practice focuses on commercial and real estate related litigation, commercial real estate transactions, and corporate transactions and formations. He also represents multiple banks throughout Florida in matters of loan workouts, collections and foreclosures. He is the general counsel for several non-profit and for-profit entities nationally and throughout Florida and provides counsel to the Northwest Florida Water Management District. Mr. Brannen's practice also includes securities law involving the preparation of private placement memoranda for the start-up of new businesses and existing businesses.  In 2007, Mr. Brannen was recognized and ranked among the state's "Up and Coming" attorneys in Florida Trend Magazine's Legal Elite. Mr. Brannen received his Bachelors' degree in Business Economics from Auburn University, and graduated with honors from The Florida State University College of Law.

Jon Brown serves as the Public Information Officer for Leon County. He has a background in Civil and Software Engineering and trained at the Kennedy Space Center and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Mr. Brown created The Midnight Group, a website development outfit. A graduate of FAMU, he served as the Chairman of Midnight Holdings; founded the North Florida Multicultural Marketing Symposium and the Multicultural Marketing Student Forum; and assisted in the creation of the Technical Symposium Development Council. Mr. Brown served as President of the Greater Tallahassee Advertising Federation and is a Board of Directors member for the Fourth District American Advertising Federation.

Dr. Collier has been with the College of Engineering since 2006, serving as Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering. Before coming to the College, he served as Professor and Head of the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Dr. Collier also was a faculty member at Louisiana State University and Ohio University during his distinguished career. He received his undergraduate degree from South Dakota School of Mines, Masters Degree from the University of Illinois, and Ph.D. from Case Institute of Technology (now Case Western Reserve University).

Chuck Cliburn is the ACS Senior Vice President and Client Executive for Florida Public Sector based in Tallahassee, Florida. Mr. Cliburn is responsible for business strategy and planning, client and civic relationship management and business growth for the ACS Governmental Solutions Group for state and local government markets within Florida. He also serves as the ACS executive liaison for Florida Public Sector to all ACS lines of business (LOBs) within the ACS Governmental Solutions Group. Prior to joining ACS, he spent over 20 years with Unisys Corporation holding various management positions across the U.S. in both commercial and public sector marketplaces. Mr. Cliburn holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the American Graduate School of International Management.

John Dailey, president of JDA Strategies, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in advocacy management and public opinion research, was elected to the Leon County Commission in 2006. After beginning his career at the Florida League of Cities he went to work for the National League of Cities in Washington, D.C. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from FSU before receiving a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from The London School of Economics, where he simultaneously worked as a legislative aide to a Member of Parliament. Mr. Dailey also practices commercial real estate with the Ketcham Realty Group.

Dr. Davis is a Senior Software System Engineer for the MITRE Corporation, a not-for-profit organization that manages federally funded research centers for the Department of Defense, the Federal Aviation Administration and the Internal Revenue Service. His research interests include GPS, information assurance and wireless networks. Additionally, he currently leads a forward looking taskforce that helps the military land aircraft using GPS. Dr. Davis was awarded the 2007 Black Engineer of the Year Award in Community Service in Industry and he also serves on the Space Florida Board of Directors. He holds a Ph.D and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a M.S. in Applied Mathematics and a B.S. of Electrical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Math and Physics from Morehouse College.

Since 1993, Ken Kopczynski has been a Legislative and Political Affairs Assistant for the Florida Police Benevolent Association, the largest collective bargaining agent for law enforcement, correctional and correctional probation officers in Florida. He is currently President of the Tallahassee Astronomical Society and writes monthly articles in the Tallahassee Democrat as the “Sky Guy."

Liz Maryanski joined Florida State University, when she was appointed associate vice president for Student Affairs Financial Operations in 2003.  Mrs. Maryanski was appointed vice president for University Relations in 2011. An alumna of Florida State who earned a master’s degree in business administration in 1988, Maryanski has more than 30 years of experience in higher education. Prior to her position at Florida State, she was vice president of Administrative Services at Tallahassee Community College.  Maryanski has shown commitment to the Tallahassee community as a board member of the Leon County Educational Facilities Authority since July 1997 and as a board member and treasurer of the Leon County Humane Society since January 2001.

A local finalist for Tallahassee Leader of the Year in 2006, Ms. McFadden and her family have been proud to reside in Tallahassee since originally coming to town attend FSU.  She serves as a leader in innovation in education, and is pleased to serve on the board of directors for the National Institute for Literacy, and the Charter School Commission for Florida.

Ms. McWilliams has been in cable television for more than 25 years in various capacities, including general management.

Bill Montford recently retired from the Leon County School District after 38 years of service, the last ten years as Superintendent.  He is now CEO of the Florida Association of District School Superintendents (FADSS).  Mr. Montford has served on the Challenger Learning Center Board of Directors since 2001.

Dr. Carl Moore is an associate professor at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University and his M.S. and Ph.D. from Northwestern University. Dr. Moore worked for 3 years as a research engineer and as a manufacturing engineer for Eastman Kodak Company in the Copy Products and Single-Use Camera departments. He also has professional experience with Ford Motor Company's Interactive Conceptual Design and Applications lab. Dr. Moore was instrumental in the development of COBOT technology - a human-robot collaboration technology, and is a pioneer in mobile robot terrain classification research. His other research interests include robot design and control.

Ms. Tappen's 27-year education career in Florida began as an instructional assistant in Tallahassee in 1981.  She then taught for over eleven years and worked as a teacher trainer before becoming the Mathematics Coordinator of Florida's Statewide Systemic Initiative. She also served as a Research Associate and Bureau Chief in charge of School Improvement in Florida, as a Deputy Chancellor for K12 Public Schools/Student Achievement, and now leads Florida’s Office of Mathematics and Science.  Ms. Tappen received her B.S. from FSU and her M.S. in mathematics education at Jacksonville University.

Marjorie Turnbull is currently serves as a conultant with non-profit organizations in board and staff development and fundraising. From 2006-2008, she was Special Associate with Penson Associates, Inc.; a research and consultation firm which specializes in serving the diverse and evolving needs of colleges and universities. From 1995-2006, she served as Executive Director and later Vice President of Institutional Advancement for the Tallahassee Community College Foundation. She was a Leon County Commissioner and subesquently a member of the Florida House of Representatives where she helped obtain the initial funding for the Challenger Learning Center.

Mr. Uhlfeder chairs the Florida Mentoring Partnership and is the voluntary CEO of the Florida Hurricane Relief Fund. He was recently awarded the National Points of Light Award.

The youngest participant ever in Leadership Tallahassee, he now serves as the youth program chair and on the Board of Governors for Leadership Tallahassee. A recognized community leader, he recently was selected as a finalist for the Leadership Tallahassee Distinguished Leadership Award. Mr. Williams is married to Attorney Opal M. Williams, a FAMU Graduate of Miami Fla. They are the proud parents of Adrianna Williams and their newest addition, Alan-Louis Portlock Williams.
